hand, is a real estate professional who works for the buyer
instead. Until recently Real
Estate Buyers Agents were almost unheard of in Queensland, but they are
becoming increasing more popular.
You can hire a Real Estate Buyers
Agent to find and inspect a property for you, to negotiate the price
and, if the property is being auctioned, to attend and bid at the
auction on your behalf.
Real Estate Buyers Agents are usually
paid a commission based on the value of the property.
